Edward G. Brown,
President and Co-Chairman, is an internationally renowned management consultant and entrepreneur.

Mr. Brown is a leading sales, marketing, and culture-change expert; a strategist, trainer, and lecturer for the world's largest and most successful financial institutions; and a prolific author of customized training programs, trade articles, and "how-to" management books. He is also a co-founder of Mercantile National Bank, Los Angeles.

Prior to co-founding Cohen Brown in 1979, Mr. Brown was a leading management consultant for many Fortune 500 and mid-size companies, including Prudential and Kaiser Steel. During that period, his business management firm, Edward G. Brown & Associates, grew to be the third largest in the U.S.

As a business and personal relationship manager, Mr. Brown handled the business affairs of physicians, entertainers, and sports professionals, including Roy Rogers, Pat Boone, Andy Williams, and Don Ho (whom Mr. Brown discovered). This experience is invaluable in advising and consulting with trust, private banking, and wealth management clients.
